Photon Cross Section Data
Photon cross section data PHOTX for PEGS4 was prepared by Y. Sakamoto at JAERI.
The PHOTX library is adopted in the point kernel shielding calculation data of
ANSI and in ENDF/B-VI.
pgs4phtx.dat and photx.dat contains photoeffect data based on PHOTX
library [1] and pair production library taken from pgs4pepr.dat.
pgs4phtx.dat or photx.dat is used as input file of pegs4.mortran.
pgs4phtx.dat is the one for free format reads.
As photx.dat is in NAMELIST format, OLD version of pegs4.mortran
(Before 3Apr1992) is necessary to use photx.dat.
Both files are made available by the contribution of
Dr.Sakamoto of JAERI. When you write any report using
pgs4phtx.dat or photx.dat, refer following;
