Notice for poster presentation

Poster session consists of two parts.

Part 1 is short talk of the poster. The length is 4 minutes.
Please prepare a few sheets of power point or transparency.
If you use PPT, it is recommended to send the file to 
Namito (yoshihito.namito@kek.jp) before WS, to avoid trouble of 
connectiong your PC to projector.

Part 2 is poster presentation. 
Panel size is 1800 mm (width) x 1200 mm (vertical).
Title, author's name and affiliation must be written on top.
