            P : Poisonous substance
            D : Deleterious substance
            E : Acetone, Ammonium nitrate, Potassium nitrate, Urea, Hexamine
                 These 5 Explosive materials must be managed in accordance with
                 KEK regulation for Poisonous and Deleterious Substances.
