Changed points of Cgview

Bug fix.
o About linux version, application window size can not be changed after 
application starts. This is only on linux later than RedHat8. 
Related to this, application windows size can be specified when 
linux version cgview starts. 
./cgview -size_640_480
640 and 480 are width and height in pixels.
